By using Spooky Studio you agree to these terms and to Apple's Standard EULA.
Your photos
Only upload photos you have the right to use, and only of people (or pets) whose owners agree. Don't upload content that is illegal, sexual, hateful, or that depicts minors in any inappropriate way. Don't use the app to impersonate, harass or deceive anyone.
Generated images
You may use images you create for personal and social media purposes. AI results can be unpredictable; report anything inappropriate with the Report button.
Weekly Pass
The Weekly Pass is an auto-renewable subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase, and the subscription renews automatically every week at the price shown unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple ID settings. There is no free trial. While active, it includes up to 100 portraits in any rolling 7 days (fair use), HD downloads without a watermark and every PRO look.
Credits
Credits are consumable in-app purchases, are not refundable except as required by law or Apple's policies, and have no cash value. A credit is refunded automatically if a generation fails. Free portraits are limited to one set per device.

The service is provided "as is". We may change styles, prices or features at any time.
